We also manage all construction documentation and building permits, guiding you seamlessly from design through selections, into breaking ground, and all the way to your Occupancy Permit. You never have to worry about the in‑between steps - we take care of the heavy lifting so you can stay focused on the exciting parts of creating your home.

Our Story
Our journey has been anything but ordinary.
Our Director, Dale, has spent more than 25 years in supervisory and managerial roles across the construction industry—spanning domestic new home builds, industrial projects, mining and infrastructure works, rail, and civil earthworks. Throughout that time, his commitment to detail, quality, and delivering projects on time and on budget became the foundation for what would eventually become Owlhouse Projects.
What began in 2011 as a passion project quickly grew through word‑of‑mouth. One referral led to the next, and before long, Owlhouse Projects evolved into a fully fledged custom builder.
